White Oak Vision Center

I wholeheartedly recommend White Oak Vision Center. Yesterday, I experienced an emergency, and upon contacting them, they promptly asked me to come in. Their team was exceptionally professional and friendly. Furthermore, I had anticipated a minimum cost of $300.00, but the service only amounted to $130.00, and they even provided an additional 20% discount on my bill. I will certainly be directing a great deal of business their way.

I would give more than five stars if I could. Staff is extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Young was everything you would want from your eye doctor and more. My contact lenses are perfect and I look forward to riding my motorcycle with better peripheral vision.

Really nice, clean place. Everyone was so friendly and made things very easy. Megan helped me get my lenses and frames. She was very helpful in finding a great style that looked good on me, that i felt good in. Definitely going back from here on out.

My experience at White Oak Vision Center was great. There was no wait time and I was seen at my scheduled appointment time. The staff was super friendly and gave me then option to opt-out of any extra services which were not covered by my insurance. When it came to actually get glasses the staff was not pushy and wanted me to come to my own conclusions on what I wanted and not what was most expensive. Overall it is a small, refined staff, that takes care of patients.

I left the practice a few years ago due to insurance. I am so happy to be back. Have always been happy with the staff and level of service. I have not received this level of care since I left.

Always a seamless experience at every appointment with friendly staff and providers! Also really appreciate the online scheduling options and text reminders; this makes it so easy to schedule and keep up with appointments and prescriptions. Highly recommend!
